The Kids At St. Ann’s Need YOUR Help!
Hi Everyone,
We’re thrilled to announce a special opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of kids through the power of chess—and we need your help to make it happen!
For years, we’ve been teaching chess at St. Ann’s School in Bridgeport, inspiring over 200 children to think critically, build confidence, and develop their skills—all completely free of charge. Now, we’re taking it a step further: we want to provide each of these amazing kids with their very own chess set so they can practice at home and continue to grow.
That’s where you come in!
Join us on Saturday, December 15th, from 12 PM to 1 PM, for our “Chess Boards for St. Ann’s Kids” event. Simply bring a chess set to donate, and we’ll take care of the rest.
But wait, there’s more!
Stick around after the donation event for our Chess Tournament, running from 1 PM to 4 PM. It’s the perfect chance for your child to spend the afternoon having fun, learning, and competing with friends. Drop-off starts at 12 PM, and pick-up is at 4 PM, giving you a full day of meaningful activities for the whole family. Coach Dan and Coach Jithu will personally deliver these chess sets to the kids at St. Ann’s, dressed as Santa Claus and his elf to spread a little extra holiday cheer.
